In the past five years, Riebeeck Cellars has made substantial investments in their vineyards and production methods, aiming to enhance the quality of the esteemed Riebeek Cellars Collection continuously. Their utmost focus is on selecting and nurturing only the finest grapes from the vineyards, dedicated exclusively to the Riebeek Cellars Collection. Each wine in this range is meticulously crafted from a careful selection of two or three vineyards, each tailored to meet the unique characteristics of the specific wine.

The winemaking team consistently invests significant resources into these vineyards to ensure a continuous improvement in quality. The Riebeek Cellars Collection proudly represents the W.O. Swartland region, as they strongly believe that having a “credible” provenance is the ultimate luxury.

While Riebeeck Cellars does not feature an on-site restaurant, guests have the delightful option to craft their own personalized cheese and olive platter. Explore our selection of locally produced cheese, olives, and cured meats to assemble a delectable platter that perfectly complements our wines and enhances your tasting experience.

The Tasting Emporium presents guests with a thoughtfully curated assortment of hand-crafted Swartland wines hailing from the Riebeek Cellars Collection range and exclusive limited-release small-batch selections. Additionally, visitors can explore a variety of local Riebeek Valley olive products, craft beer, craft gin, and an array of other delightful offerings.

Wine Blending Experience: Every first Sunday of the month, visitors are cordially invited to partake in a unique “Signature Blend” creation experience during a Wine Blending Session hosted by the winemaker. Wine blending is a captivating art form where various components, whether from different barrels, vineyards, or varietals, are skillfully combined to produce a final blend that transcends the sum of its parts. This hands-on session offers guests the opportunity to delve into the world of winemaking and craft their distinctive blends, guided by the expertise of the winemaker.
