Bookings

All tours are booked via WhatsApp, email, or our enquiry form. A booking is confirmed only once we have confirmed availability and received your acknowledgement. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) per person unless otherwise stated.

Payment

Payment terms and methods are agreed at the time of booking. We do not process online payments through this website.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are agreed at the time of booking. We aim to be fair and flexible, particularly where circumstances are beyond your control.

Liability

Wine in the Cape acts as a tour operator and facilitator. We are not liable for the conduct of third-party wine estates, restaurants, or accommodation providers. Participants take part in tours at their own risk and are responsible for their own alcohol consumption.

Changes

We reserve the right to amend itineraries, estates visited, and timings where circumstances require. We will always aim to provide an experience of equal or greater value.
