Webersburg boasts over 200 years of winemaking heritage. Situated on the slopes of Helderberg Mountain, the winery benefits from cool breezes and unique granite soils, allowing it to produce limited quantities of premium wines. They focus on reflecting the terroir through low-yielding vineyards and classic styles, emphasising fruit expression and ageing potential. Careful attention to detail in the vineyard, grape selection, and winemaking techniques ensures wines that showcase distinct varietal character. Minimal intervention during barrel maturation allows the wines to mature gracefully in the bottle for several years before release, resulting in a high-quality product with exquisite taste.
