The estate
Stark-Condé Wines is a boutique estate in the Jonkershoek Valley, renowned for its high-altitude, organically farmed vineyards and elegant, structured Cabernet Sauvignon.
Founded in 1998 by José Condé and Marie Stark, this family-run estate is situated on the historic Oude Nektar farm in the picturesque Jonkershoek Valley. The winery is celebrated for its minimal-intervention winemaking and its flagship Three Pines Cabernet Sauvignon, which has earned international acclaim for its cool-climate elegance. Visitors can enjoy tastings in a unique Balinese-style room floating on a dam, or dine at the popular on-site Postcard Cafe.
