The Malan family principles inspire Simonsig’s commitment to producing wines of international acclaim that showcase the unique and diverse terroir of the Stellenbosch region. They also feel that their wine selection should be accompanied by genuine Cape hospitality and quick service. Their Cuvée Tasting Room is a location where guests may unwind under oak trees in the summer or in front of the fireplace in the winter while sampling an extensive wine list. They also provide guests with the option to sabrage at no additional cost.
