Located in the Polkadraai Hills, Kanu Wines is a vibrant estate offering award-winning Chenin Blanc and family-friendly activities.
Founded in 1692 as part of the renowned Nooitgedacht farm, Kanu Wines has evolved over centuries to become the estate it is today. In 1997, the farm and its wines were renamed Kanu, inspired by a Xhosa legend of a mythical bird that promised a bountiful harvest to those touched by its shadow. Located in the picturesque Polkadraai Hills of Stellenbosch, South Africa, originally known as Goedgeloof (meaning "good faith"), Kanu Wines is steeped in rich history and tradition.
