Doolhof Wine Estate, covering 380 hectares, dedicates around 40 hectares to vineyards. The diverse soils, growing conditions, and microclimates across this expansive terrain are meticulously matched to specific grape varietals. Among the white varietals, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay thrive, while a wide range of reds including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot, Pinotage, and Shiraz, flourish. The white varietals, benefiting from the eastern slopes of the Groenberg, enjoy cooler days and a longer ripening process, resulting in award-winning wines of exceptional elegance.

At Doolhof Wine Estate, guests can relish the culinary delights at Mila, a brand-new restaurant located in the late 19th-century wagon house. The stylish restaurant, adorned with large windows and doors, invites guests to linger, savour superb wines and sample flavourful dishes.
