This cool microclimate extends the ripening season, ensuring grapes reach optimal ripeness. At Clos Malverne, winemaking is an artistry guided by tradition and minimal intervention. Employing age-old techniques such as the Basket Press and open fermenting cement "kuipe," the winery crafts elegant wines that reflect the essence of their terroir.

Under the stewardship of Chef Nicole Marais, Clos Malverne Restaurant has evolved into a culinary destination revered by food enthusiasts since its inception in 2009.
