Boschkloof Wines is a boutique, family-owned estate in the Polkadraai Hills of Stellenbosch, renowned for its site-specific, small-batch wines and warm, personal hospitality.
Nestled in the heart of South Africa's Stellenbosch wine region, Boschkloof Wines is a family-owned winery dedicated to crafting exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of their vineyards. Established in 1996 by veteran winemaker Jacques Borman, Boschkloof has been producing high-quality wines for over two decades.
Wine
Boschkloof's vineyards are situated on rolling hills with picturesque mountain backdrops. The land is characterized by its decomposed granite and koffieklip soils, which lend a distinctive character to the wines. While the original vineyards were planted with Cape Riesling, Jacques Borman recognized the potential of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay for this specific terroir. Today, Boschkloof is renowned for its Syrah, particularly the Epilogue single vineyard bottling, which has garnered international acclaim.
