Their commitment to quality extends beyond Pinotage, with a variety of single-vineyard wines produced from other grapes. Aaldering’s pièce de résistance is their uniquely elegant and intense golden Noble Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.

Situated on a 27-hectare estate in the Devon Valley, west of Stellenbosch, Aaldering benefits from a diverse landscape. Gently rolling hills provide a variety of exposures and microclimates, allowing them to cultivate both red and white grape varietals, including the esteemed South African Pinotage.
