If you’re planning a wine tour in Stellenbosch and love a blend of history, luxury, and terroir-driven wine, Hazendal Wine Lounge should be at the top of your list. Set within the estate’s original wine cellar, dating back to circa 1870, this beautifully restored space is a celebration of Hazendal’s rich heritage and innovative spirit. It’s where classic charm meets modern design, and every detail has been considered — from deep-buttoned Harrington sofas around a central fireplace to a statement copper-clad bar that exudes warmth and sophistication.

Whether you’re a casual wine lover or a seasoned enthusiast, the Wine Lounge team is ready to guide you on a curated tasting journey — sharing insights into Hazendal’s winemaking philosophy, the unique Bottelary Hills terroir, and the estate’s impressive range of wines.
