Exclusive Use

The estate closes to the public for your wedding, so you have it to yourselves from setup in the morning to the last dance. You can choose different spots across the property for the vows, photos, drinks and dinner.

Food & Wine

The Waterford Estate Restaurant creates a menu to suit you, with a tasting before it's finalised. Only Waterford wines are served, and unopened bottles can be taken home. Spirits and cocktails can be added with a hired mobile bar.

Planning Your Day

A wedding coordinator is required and works with the estate's events manager. Tables, chairs, staff, décor, flowers and tableware are brought in by your coordinator, and the estate can recommend photographers, florists, cake makers, hair and make-up artists and bar services. The estate is not halaal or kosher certified, but certified outside caterers can be arranged.

Where to Stay

The Loft, above the tasting room, is a two-bedroom retreat for up to four, ideal for the couple or close family the night before or after.
