Throughout their winemaking journey, Paul Cluver Wines remains committed to practising environmental stewardship and community engagement. Over half of their estate is dedicated to conservation efforts, showcasing their dedication to preserving the natural surroundings. Additionally, their deep connection to De Rust Futura school, founded by their grandmother Gertrude Cluver over six decades ago, underscores their commitment to supporting the local community.

Paul Cluver Wines is a 4th generation family business that has been farming in the Elgin Valley for more than 120 years. The Elgin Valley’s geography and climate make it unique. The Estate is nestled in an inland mountain plateau with close proximity to the ocean, encapsulated by the UNESCO Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve. Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Seven Flags Pinot Noir, Noble Late Harvest, and Gewurtztraminer are among the wines available.
