Glenwood's Master Sushi Chef, Lungani Ntuli, brings two decades of culinary expertise and a profound appreciation for seafood as a key ingredient. Throughout his career, Lungani has honed his skills under the guidance of the renowned chef Arata Koga, a pioneer in introducing sushi to South Africa. Together, they successfully launched three gourmet sushi restaurants, and Glenwood now proudly hosts Lungani's fourth culinary venture.

Lungani's passion for seafood shines through his creations, and he takes pride in crafting dishes that highlight the natural flavours of the ocean's bounty. Among his specialities is the Crunch Bomb Roll, a delightful combination of prawn tempura and creamy avocado on the inside, crowned with fresh, seared Tuna and adorned with a drizzle of sweet soy sauce and a sprinkle of tempura crumbs. Another standout dish is the Hot Night Roll, featuring spiced Tuna inside, topped with a crispy panko shrimp and generously dressed with a tantalizing blend of spicy, sweet chilli mayo.
