Nestled in the cool climate of Elgin Valley, Charles Fox Estate is a boutique wine haven dedicated exclusively to the production of Cap Classique sparkling wines. Founded by Charles Fox and his wife Zelda, the estate originated from their passion for Champagne, leading them to the picturesque Elgin Valley. Acquiring a rundown 33-hectare fruit farm in 2005, the estate has since been transformed into a captivating Cap Classique Wine Estate, with a commitment to the classic French style of champagne making and the importance of terroir.

Specializing solely in grape varieties essential for champagne – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier – Charles Fox Estate reflects an unwavering commitment to crafting exceptional sparkling wines. Guided by the expertise of Champagne consultant and oenologist Nicolas Follet from Reims, France, the vintages at Charles Fox MCC showcase a dedication to quality and an appreciation for the unique terroir of the Elgin Valley.
