Cape Point Vineyards is a unique coastal estate in Noordhoek, renowned for its cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc and stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Chapman's Peak.
The family-owned Cape Point Vineyards is located in Noordhoek on the Cape Peninsula and forms part of the Constantia Valley Winelands. It is nestled in a majestic setting against the slopes of Chapman’s Peak and has won many international awards for its wine since it started in 1998. Awards include three International Trophy Awards for Best Wine in the World in its class at the Decanter World Wine Awards.
Wine
The tasting room at Cape Point is superb. As your senses move from the fruit-forward flavours of the lower vineyard blocks to the great complexity and minerality of the grapes further up on the mountain, you will be able to experience the progression of Sauvignon Blanc. Cape Point Vineyards concentrates on four distinct styles: a traditional Sauvignon Blanc, a coastal style Noordhoek Sauvignon Blanc, a Reserve Sauvignon Blanc, and Isliedh, a blend with Semillon, in order to show the complex potential of the Sauvignon Blanc grape and to tempt Sauvignon Blanc enthusiasts’ palates.

These include the main restaurant, which offers stunning views of the ocean and mountains, the outdoor courtyard (available only on weekends), and the wildly popular year-round picnics, which may be had on the lawns.
