What to expect

At Cape Town International arrivals — After you’ve cleared immigration and collected your luggage, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a welcome sign with your name. If you can’t spot the sign, WhatsApp us and we’ll connect you directly with the driver.

On the drive — Water is included. Your driver knows the city and is happy to share local recommendations, tips, or answer questions about the Winelands, restaurants, or things to do. Or if you’d rather just close your eyes after a long flight, that’s fine too.
