Running from 6 July to 31 August 2025, this seasonal series invites guests to unwind beside the fire with award-winning wine, comforting cheese fondue, and a line-up of live music that ranges from Bavarian folk to smooth local jazz.
A Toast to Winter: Fondue, Glühwein & Kleinrivier Cheese
The experience begins the way any great winter afternoon should — with a steaming glass of traditional Glühwein. Once seated, guests are treated to a multi-course meal starting with a winter-inspired appetiser, followed by Delheim’s signature cheese fondue — now made in partnership with the artisanal experts at Kleinrivier Cheese. Known for their rich, flavourful Raclette, Gruberg, and Colby, Kleinrivier brings a gourmet flair to the fondue pot. And if you find yourself craving more, you’ll be able to buy a DIY fondue cheese kit to recreate the experience at home.
