- Springfield Estate is a family-owned winery located in the heart of Robertson Valley and specializes in producing cool climate wines including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Rosé along with Noble Late Harvest dessert wine. Springfield utilizes sustainable viticultural practices such as composting on the estate grounds to ensure healthy vines which results in high-quality grapes used for their award-winning wines.

- Springfield Estate’s harsh environmental conditions have resulted in notably tenacious vines and exquisite grapes. The vines cover a broad region, which means that diverse terroirs contribute to the production of different grapes and, consequently, wines. Chardonnay, a wild yeast Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon are just a few examples. The Springfield Farm offers beautiful views, particularly of the Langeberg Mountains (best enjoyed from the dam on a hot day).
