Signature Collection, Seaward, 235 Creative Block, 21 Gables, Frans K Smit, and additional effervescent MCC, organic, and collaboration lines are among their wine offerings. Settle in and observe the unique Heath Nash chandelier, which hangs over the tasting counter and is crafted from 334 recycled Spier wine bottles and weighs 370 kilos. Vadas Smokehouse & Bakery features farm-to-plate cuisine as well as both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the rolling lawns, which are ideal for youngsters to run around on. It is also largely considered one of Stellenbosch’s best bakeries. The Spier Hotel Restaurant serves contemporary country cuisine and has a wine bar, loungers, and an inviting outside patio and sprawling lawn for kids to enjoy late into the evening.
