The essence of Rainbow’s End lies in its unique terroir, specially suited for crafting top-quality red wines. The estate’s deep red, oakleaf soils, with varying stone fractions and elevations ranging from 350m to 540m, contribute to the distinctive character of its wines. Cultivating twenty-three hectares of mountain slopes, the vineyards benefit from varying topography, resulting in smaller berries with intensified fruit concentration, creating wines of exceptional quality. The tasting room at Rainbow’s End offers a panoramic view of the breathtaking Banghoek Valley through floor-to-ceiling windows. Whether enjoying the relaxed ambience in summer or the cosy warmth of a crackling fire in winter, guests are treated to a selection focused on red wines. This family-run estate provides a personal touch, with tastings hosted by Fennel Adams available from Tuesday to Saturday.
