About Nuy Winery

Nestled in the scenic Nuy Valley along the R60 between Worcester and Robertson, Nuy Winery has been producing wines of true character since 1963. Surrounded by the towering Langeberg Mountains, the estate benefits from a unique terroir shaped by low rainfall, snow-dusted peaks in winter, and a steady water supply from the privately owned Keerom Dam—the largest of its kind in South Africa. This combination of natural elements promotes the slow, steady ripening of grapes, resulting in healthy, flavourful fruit. With a focus on meticulous craftsmanship, Nuy Winery bottles only 3% of its annual 17,000-ton production under its own label, ensuring that each bottle carries the best the valley has to offer.

Nuy Winery’s portfolio is structured into three distinct ranges: Inspiration, Mastery, and Legacy. These wines are a testament to the cellar’s philosophy of producing only the finest, with every bottle reflecting the dedication, experience, and global expertise of Nuy’s winemaking team—who have honed their craft in regions such as France, Germany, Australia, and the USA.
