The grapes used for Miles Mossop Wines are sourced from select vineyards across the Western Cape, chosen specifically for their ability to produce world-class wines. With a production cap of 80 tons per year, the winery produces approximately 1,800 cases of white wine, 2,200 cases of red wine, and a limited selection of dessert wines. This small-scale approach ensures meticulous attention to detail, with each wine reflecting power, fruit concentration, texture, and perfect balance.
