Knorhoek Wine Farm, once part of a larger estate that included Quoin Rock, boasts a rich winemaking history. The Gaiduk family acquired Knorhoek in 2019, with Schalk Opperman as the winemaker for both Knorhoek and Quoin Rock wines and Nico Walters overseeing the vineyards. The Knorhoek range features two standout wines, both exemplifying the unique Stellenbosch terroir: Knorhoek Cabernet Sauvignon and Knorhoek Chenin Blanc.
