The Hazendal conference venue centres on the Grand Hall: a column-free, climate-controlled space for up to 380 delegates, with floor-to-ceiling views into the estate's working cellar and walls that divide it into four smaller meeting rooms.

Hazendal sits in the Bottelary Hills, about 30 minutes from Cape Town's CBD and close to Stellenbosch. Beyond the conference rooms, the estate offers team-building activities, a choice of unique add-on venues for dinners and launches, and a boutique hotel for overnight guests.

The Grand Hall
Purpose-built for conferences and events, the Grand Hall combines the latest technology with a calm, contemporary design. A flexible wall system divides the 424m² space into four rooms of 92–118m², and guests arrive over a suspended glass floor looking down into the estate's underground wine library.

Full-Day Conference
07:30–17:00. Coffee and tea with a snack on arrival, mid-morning coffee with savoury treats, seasonal fruit, lunch from the weekly menu, afternoon tea with sweet treats, and bottled water.
Half-Day Conference
Coffee and tea with a snack on arrival, mid-morning coffee with savoury treats, seasonal fruit, lunch from the weekly menu, and bottled water.
