About Bosman Hermanus

Nestled in the upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, Bosman Hermanus offers a unique wine experience for all. The Bosman family has been growing wine in the Bovlei near Wellington since 1810. They purchased a property in the Upper Hemel-en-Aarde Valley in 2000 to supplement their offering with cool-climate grapes. Vineyards are placed amid fields of indigenous ‘fynbos’ and close to the sea to create terroir that rivals the best in the world, resulting in wines with minerality, elegance, vivacity, and refinement.

Wine

Bosman Hermanus has unequalled access, knowledge, and ability when it comes to wine crafting, with one of the preeminent vine nurseries in the Southern Hemisphere and three separate growing regions from which to create their blends. Only the top percentage of the overall harvest is used due to a tight selection procedure, and while historic vines give distinct vintages, a healthy vine garden allows for constant innovation and the perfect combination of old and modern. Shop their wines here.

Dine

The Frame House provides wine tasting as well as tapas, which were created by Chef Nic van Wyk to compliment the wine tasting and great coffees on offer. For the little ones, they also offer a jungle gym nearby. Please keep in mind that Bosman Hermanus does not have a full-service restaurant.
