Beautiful scenery of the Witzenberg, Winterhoek, and Saronsberg mountains may be seen from this excellent site. After two were observed nesting close to the vineyards, the estate was given the national bird’s name. Blue Crane Vineyards has produced a small variety of excellent terroir-driven wines with extraordinary smoothness by utilizing the distinctive diversity of the terrain.
