More Than Just a Tasting Room
The KWV Experience goes beyond your typical winery visit. They offer informative tours like the Cellar Tour, which takes you through the fascinating world of KWV winemaking, including the renowned Cathedral Cellar and the Five Big Vats. Tours conclude with a delightful tasting of six KWV products. For a more in-depth brandy experience, opt for the House of Fire Tour, which includes a decadent chocolate pairing.
Food Pairings to Delight Your Senses
Indulge in a symphony of flavours with the Emporium’s enticing food pairing experiences. Pair your favourite KWV wines with delectable treats like Belgian chocolates, mini cakes, artisan pies, or even mini cheesecakes with MCC (Methode Cap Classique, South Africa’s version of Champagne).
Become a Brandy Blending Master
Feeling adventurous? Unleash your inner blender with the exclusive Brandy Blending experience. This unique offering, led by a KWV Brandymaster, allows you to create your personalized brandy blend, complete with bottling and your label.
Wine and Brandy Tastings
For those who prefer a more classic approach, the KWV Experience offers a variety of wine and brandy-tasting options. Choose from five KWV products or delve deeper into the KWV The Mentors and Perold range with a dedicated tasting experience.
Plan Your Visit
The KWV Experience is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Reservations are recommended for groups larger than six, as well as for the House of Fire Tour and the Brandy Blending experience.
